The easiest chicken corn soup, perfect for our current cold spell
I learnt this from my Chinese friend Bernice when we worked together and I am still surprised by how easy it actually is!

Chicken Corn Soup by @fehmz
2-3 chicken fillets (not 4, it’s too much)
Salt
Pepper
1 clove garlic
1 small piece ginger
1 green chilli
1 tin creamstyle corn
2 tblsp maizena dissolved in 1/2 cup hot water
1 beaten egg
2 litres water
Boil your chicken in a cup of water with salt, garlic and ginger.
Shred using that hack that went viral on tiktok. I tried to Google where it started, seems it’s been around for years but I had no idea. Loved this hack!
Add your corn, chilli, maizena paste and water. Cook til thick and serve with a drizzle of hot sauce.
