The recipe I tried from Food with Flair

What I love about most good recipes is adaptability and ease of finding ingredients. I tend to gravitate to recipes that contain ingredients that are easily accessible through grocery stores or that I have in my kitchen.

Chicken and Green Pepper Curry adapted by Fehmz

The below recipe is an adaption, for the exact recipe please see the recipe book.

1 large green pepper – cubed
1 large chopped onion
2 tomatoes liquidised
500g chicken pieces
1/2 cup pea
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp ground ginger-garlic
1 tsp dhania jeera
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp turmeric
2 Tblsp oil
3 Tblsp ghee
1/2 cup chicken stock or water

Sauté onion in the ghee (add the oil if you need it)
Add chicken and spices. Close and cook for 15 minutes
Add peppers, peas, stock and tomatoes (taste for salt)
Cook until done.
Serve with naan, bread, roti or puri.
