I tricked my kids and they loved it 🤣🤣 the adults loved it too!
I hid the zucchini inside sweetcorn fritters. No it’s not rocket science, and zucchini fritters aint revolutionary but these were delicious!
Zucchini Sweetcorn Fritters:
5 grated zucchini
1 tin creamstyle corn
2 cups self raising flour
2 eggs
Half tsp lemon & rosemary
Half tsp garlic & herb spice
1 tsp ground green chilli
Salt & Pepper
Optional: Chopped Spring Onion
Mix together, cook on a pan drizzled with a little oil, just like flapjacks.
