Those twice-baked smashed garlic potatoes are one of my favourite sides to make with most meals, it goes brilliantly with chicken, steak, turkey, duck, ostrich or plain old dollops of sour cream
Twice-baked garlic potatoes
Wash potatoes and pierce it with a fork all around.
Rub them in oil and cover individually with foil.
Bake at 180 degrees C in a fan-assisted oven (like my awesome Elba
Now, remove the foil.
Put onto a baking tray and smash down with a masher until about 1/2 inch thick. Dollop with garlic butter and roast on the grill function. Serve with another small piece of garlic butter as a side to your mains. Enjoy! #fehmz#easyrecipes#carblife#potatoes
