The easiest way to make spicy pumpkin and you can do this with butternut or sweet potato too! In fact you can likely do it with any veg, I can see it as spicy corn/mealies! Watch me make it here
Steam 1 x 500g pumpkin pieces with some water, salt and a piece of cinnamon stick
Temper your spices, add a handful of fried onions, then stir it into your steamed veg. If you like an extra bite, add a tsp of dried red chilli flakes.
It’s so good!! I sometimes steam 1kg pumpkin and then separate it into a sweet version and a spicy version 😍😍
