Slice 2 hotdog rolls into mini bread slices.
Beat 2 eggs, add salt, pepper, crushed jeera and either finely chopped green chilli or some red chilli powder. Mix well.
The spices might clump so try to break it down.
You can add finely chopped dhania if you like.
Add some oil and ghee to your non-stick pan on medium heat. Enough to be about 5mm up the side. Not too much, not too little.
Dip your bread into the egg mixture and pan-fry on both sides until golden.
Drain on a paper towel and serve
