Super easy spaghetti meatballs! I saw this recipe on Facebook and it had no measurements so I just winged it…and we loved it! – Watch the video here
Omit the chilli for a burn-free version
Meatballs:
500g beef/lamb mince
1 cup grated cheese
1 tsp crushed garlic
1 egg
Salt, pepper
Half tsp green chilli
Handful chopped parsley/coriander
Handful breadcrumbs (optional)
Sauce:
2 tblsp oil
1 tblsp Crushed garlic
2 chopped spring onion
1 tin crushed/chopped tomato
Pinch of sugar
Salt & pepper
Green chilli (optional)
To serve:
Grated Parmesan
Boil spaghetti or fettuccine and serve.
