I make a marinade and pour it over because it coats the chicken more evenly.
Used one my large flat non-stick @schumannpro_sa pots for this. Loving it!!
Marinade:
Garlic
Green Chilli (optional)
Lemon juice
Mayo
Pepper sauce (@minniesfoods)
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Canola oil
Water
