Good ol’ patha casserole 
I love it.
Patteria Casserole – origin unknown
Get an oven proof dish ready and preheat your oven to 180 deg C
Pan fry/bake or airfry a tray of patteria.
Place into your oven proof dish
Smooth on chutney – optional
Pour over 1 tin creamstyle sweetcorn
Pour over 250ml fresh cream
Top with cheese
Bake in the oven until cheese is nice and melty.
In the meantime fry thin strips of samoosa pastry or wonton wrappers
Top your casserole with it once it’s out the oven and ready to serve.
