One of my fav baked potato indulgences.
Mushroom sauce:
1 punnet sliced or diced mushrooms
Swig of oil
Salt
Pepper
Parsley
1tsp crushed garlic
1tsp crushed green chilli
1tblsp flour
250ml fresh cream (plus 150ml if you want a thinner sauce)
Sauté your mushrooms with the first 7 ingredients. Add the flour and mix. Add the fresh cream slowly while stirring to ensure no lumps form.
Use it on your baked potato, steaks, chicken schnitzel, your pie filling, anything you like.
