Supper today was a simple oven-baked lightly smoked Snoek with some roasted veg 😍
Snoek was spiced with:
Salt
Lemon pepper
Garlic and herb (Ina Paarmans)
Lime juice
Garlic
Green chilli (one side only)
Garlic butter
Pop it into a preheated oven to 180c for 20-25 minutes
(Did the same with the veg minus the line juice but precooked the potatoes a bit)
There you go. Dinspiration for another day.
