You will need:
Phyllo pastry sheets
Chocolate (I use Callebaut, purchased at @stashys )
Melted butter
Sugar
Water
Make a simple syrup with sugar and water.
Roll your phyllo sheets as per the video.
Brush with butter and bake in a preheated oven on 180deg C until golden brown
Drizzle with cooled simple syrup
Fill with melted choc.
Decorate as desired.
