The best easiest onion rings ever! (featured on Heerlik Halaal)

Slice as many onions as you like with a mandolin slicer (I did 3 but I should have done 20..), watch your fingers!
I almost lost a quarter of my thumb
In a bowl add 1 cup of flour, salt, pepper and Ina Paarmans garlic & herb spice.
Mix well. Toss the onion rings in this flour mix and coat well.
Fry in hot hot hot oil (about 190degrees) until golden and crispy.
The oil is gonna look milky so Uhm…ya do it BUT be prepared to have to clean your fryer but trust me it’s so worth it!!
