Tasnim’s Garlic Butter
My garlic butter stash from yesterday’s overachieving 🤣 in hindsight I wish I had made just the mini wors ones 😜 but I think this is a pretty decent stash!
I doubled the recipe but below is the original version from @tasnimessop
Also, I use butter instead of margarine.
Garlic butter – Tasnim Essop
1 kg flora margarine yellow tub (I use butter)
2 tsp blk pepper
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
3 full tablespoons of fresh ground garlic.
Garlic salt to taste.
1/2 tsp garlic and herb seasoning. + – 1 tablespoon of dried parsley.
Soften margarine (or butter)
Add all ingredients.
Mix well. Shape as you wish or fill into silicone trays. Refrigerate or freeze.
Use as desired.
