Taco’s anyone?

DIY Taco Station
Sometimes all you want is an easy DIY type of lunch…so when makeover day with a couple of friends rolled around..I hosted it at my place.
And a super crazy work week meant I was insanely grateful to throw together a taco bar…because easy!
Mexican fiesta it would be! That’s all.
I bought pre-marinated cubed chicken and unmarinated cubed steak.
The tacos – bought those too! Whoop whoop!!
I literally just cooked the chicken and steak, prepped the condiments and set up!

I put the condiments into mini Consol jars and it worked really well, not just in looks but yay for no cling wrap required!
So you need:
- Cooked cubed chicken
- Cooked cubed steak
- Tomato salsa
- Chopped green and/or red cabbage
- Sliced lettuce
- Julienned carrots
- Bean (as salsa if you don’t want it plain)
- Spices
- Grated Cheese
- Miracle whip (if required)
- Lemons or limes
- Jalapeños
- Whatever else you desire!
Set up, I used egg trays to hold the tacos upright…serve!
Serve with some frozen Virgin Tropical Margaritas.
