Peppermint Crisp Ice Cream Cake

Ingredients:
Ice cream: Any brand good vanilla ice cream 2 litre
Caramel: @nestle caramel treat 1 x tin
Caramel Sauce: @thewhimsicalwhisk
Fresh cream: @cloverwaybetter 250ml
Chocolate: @nestle peppermint crisp 2 x slabs
Biscuits: @bakersbiscuits Tennis
Loaf tin: @stashys
Platter: @carrolboyesofficial
Method
Combine ice cream and caramel treat and mix well
Now add the 250ml fresh cream
Now add 3/4 chopped peppermint crisp choc (Save 1/4 for garnish)
Add half the caramel sauce (Save the rest for Garnish)
Mix well!
Now the layering: add cling wrap to the bottom of the tin (enough to close the full layered dessert)
In a tin loaf or round cake tin start layering the mixture and tennis biscuits

Freeze 4-6 hours (6 is best)
Unmould and decorate with leftover sauce and chocolate
