Easy Peasy Mac & Cheese

Boil macaroni and keep it aside.
Chop polony into small squares or salt meat. Airfry it until crispy or in a dry frying pan.

Make my simple white sauce (see a previous reel) recipe with garlic butter. Add extra cream and some cheese.

Into your oven-proof dish, add your macaroni and polony then mix it. Pour your sauce over and a handful of any cheese. It must be enough sauce to reach the top of the macaroni.

Mix well and top generously with cheese, sprinkle some dried parsley or oregano.
(Optional: sprinkle breadcrumbs for extra crunch)

Bake in a 180degC preheated oven until crispy.

Serve immediately.
