DIY Candy Floss (Spook Asem/Ghost breathe)

There is just something magical in watching sugar turn into fun colourful strands rolled into an edible ball of happiness that kept the kids mesmerized every time. We had so much fun!
Add 1 teaspoon food colour to a half a cup of normal sugar (NOT castor Sugar) and mix well.
Optional: Add 1 tsp flavour essence
(I made 3 colours)
Sosatie sticks/Chopsticks or Skewers for each cotton candy ball you’re making
Now the Machine
Add 1 teaspoon of coloured sugar into the centre of the spin wheel
Wait for the strands to build up a little, then start rolling onto your stick.
Catch the first strands and immediately roll quickly keeping your stick just above the centre
Once you’re done, you can add another colour if you like.
Just keep spinning
