1 cup yoghurt
Quarter cucumber, grated (exclude the middle watery bit by eating it or popping it into the water jug for cucumber-infused water)
Pinch of crushed jeera/cumin
A handful of chopped mint and chopped coriander
Crushed green chilli to taste.
