Crispy Egg Rolls
These crispy egg rolls are a fav right now! I’ve made 3 versions already. Hers uses sundried tomato pesto buttered onto the wrap, I didn’t have any so I just did my own thing.
Here’s the first one I tested and loved. It’s that crispy wrap with soft egg taste. So good.
You can literally do any variation of things. I added spring onion, salt, pepper, green chilli, tomatoes.
I’ve also made a mushroom version, a basil pesto version. So dang good!!
