I definitely tried this corn ribs thing that’s been all over the gram, but I heard it’s a struggle to cut so I precooked it in my @instantpotsa before cutting it. I think this is also why they didn’t curl up too much. Next time I’ll only half cook it.

If you aren’t cooking your corn in an instantpot then you are missing out, literally pressure cook on high for 7 minutes with 1/4 cup water. Release pressure. That’s it!
The key here is that buttery marinade, even MK ate a whole lot and he doesn’t like mealies at all!
Garlic & Herb Spice
Try the marinade and then sprinkle on some Parmesan if you wanna be extra. So dang good!!
Quick tip: Cook your corn with the skin on, once it’s cooked it’s much easier to remove without strands flying around.
