Chicken al la King, al la Fehmz
This chicken-a-la-king was so good and it’s so versatile that I’m probably going to be adapting this and keeping the sauce pack at hand all the time! You can serve it with either rice or a really nice naan, my kids enjoyed it so much they had seconds and thirds.
I love how much I’m learning on the Eat for Good campaign with Knorr especially about how you can substitute foods so that you are adding more variety to your table.
You can swop out the protein for near anything, like shrimp for a thermidor type flavour, or leave out all the protein and use more veg like brinjal, broccoli, courgettes etc, and you can even do it with Paneer.
I would add cauliflower, baby onions and some broccoli when I do this again and more milk to the packet instructions to have a slightly thinner “gravy” but needless to say, this is definitely going to be made again when I get home!
