I don’t know about you but I just love potato with the skin on, I feel like it has extra extra flavour ? so I tried these @mccain_sa salt and pepper chips with the skin on and made a seriously loaded cheesy fries! So good.

So here’s how I made it. Watch here Airfry some chopped polony or Macon until crispy in your super cool @philipshomelivingsa Essential XL airfryer. Keep aside.
Airfry your chips as per the packet instructions.
Make a cheesy CHEEEEEESY sauce, I used my regular white sauce recipe and added 2 cups of grated cheddar to it.
Chop up some chilli, coriander, red onion.
