My very biased opinion is that this is the BEST ONION RINGS EVER!

Try it, I dare you to try it. But don’t blame me when you can’t stop eating it. lol

2-3 onions – sliced on a mandolin
Three-quarter cup milk

Separate rings and soak for an hour minimum in the milk (no I don’t know why just trust me. it works)

In a bowl or zip lock bag add:
1 cup flour
Half tsp salt
Half tsp cracked black pepper
Half to 1 tsp garlic and herb spice (I like the Ina Paarman one)

Optional: half tsp baking powder for extra crispiness

Drain onions (but don’t dry it, it needs to be a bit wet for the flour to stick), add to the flour mixture and toss well.

Fry in deep hot oil until golden brown.

Eat to your arteries content
